• RECOMMENDATION:

  THAT Report TR 01-2022 presenting the 2022 Draft Operating and Capital Budget is received for discussion.

Report TR 03-2022 - Forest Business Improvement Area 2022 Budget

• RECOMMENDATION:

  THAT Report TR-3-2022; regarding the Forest Business Improvement Area 2021 Budget is received, and

  THAT the Forest Business Improvement Area 2022 Budget in the amount of $28,840.00 be approved.

Report FES 01-2022 - Lambton Shores Fire and Emergency Services 10 Year Vehicle Capital Plan

• RECOMMENDATION:

  THAT Report FES 01-2022 “Lambton Shores Fire and Emergency Services 10 Year Vehicle Capital Plan” be received; and

  THAT the 2021 approved purchase of a replacement Pumper be revised to specify a multi-purpose Pumper/Tanker/Rescue unit.

• RECOMMENDATION:

  THAT Report DCS 01-2022 regarding the 2020 Bucket Truck Purchase be received; and

  THAT Council approves the purchase of a new Bucket Truck as a 2022 capital expenditure

• RECOMMENDATION:
