THAT Minor Variance Application A-12/2024, affecting lands known as 9649 Ipperwash Road, Ipperwash, which would permit a lot coverage of 101.38 m2 for the construction of an addition to a detached garage, be approved, subject to the following condition(s).
- That the variance only apply to permit construction as proposed in the applicant’s revised submission.
- That compliance with Ontario Building Code setbacks from the septic system and confirmation of size and condition of components be demonstrated, to the satisfaction of the Lambton County Building Services Department, prior to issuance of a building permit; and
- That the septic system be upgraded or replaced to a Part 8 system, if deemed necessary, at the discretion of the County Building Services Department.
