Report PL 29-2023 - Lambton Shores Official Plan Review

• RECOMMENDATION:

  THAT Report PL 29-2023 regarding the Lambton Shores Official Plan Review be received for information.

COMMUNITY SERVICES

10.2

Report DCS 29-2023 - Klondyke Sports Park – Pickleball and Tennis Court – Tender Results

• RECOMMENDATION:

  THAT Report DCS 29-2023 regarding the Tender Results for the Klondyke Sports Park – Pickleball and Tennis Court Construction project be received; and

  THAT the tender not be awarded based on the pricing received; and

  THAT staff be directed to issue a Request for Proposal for the project.

Report DCS 30-2023 - YMCA Agreement Renewal

• RECOMMENDATION:

  THAT Report DCS 30-2023 regarding the “YMCA Agreement Renewal” be received; and

  THAT staff be directed to negotiate a three-year agreement renewal with the YMCA to be presented at the December 19, 2023 Council meeting.

Report DCS 31-2023 - Ontario Community Emergency Preparedness Grant

• RECOMMENDATION:

  THAT Report DCS 31-2023 regarding the “Ontario Community Emergency Preparedness Grant” be received; and

  THAT staff be directed to apply to the Ontario Community Emergency Preparedness Grant for an emergency generator for the Shores Recreation Centre.

Report TR 29-2023 - Huron Shores United Church Request

• RECOMMENDATION:

  THAT Report TR29-2023 regarding the request from the Huron Shores United Church for water billing relief be received; and

  THAT the Huron Shores United Church request be denied.

Report TR 30-2023 - Lambton Group Police Services Board 2024 Budget

• RECOMMENDATION:

  THAT Report TR 30-2023 regarding the Lambton Group Police Services Board 2024 Budget be received; and

  THAT the Lambton Group Police Services Board cost of $24,839.00 be included in the 2024 Lambton Shores Operating Budget.

Report CL -2023 - 2024 Committee of the Whole Meeting Schedule

• RECOMMENDATION:

  THAT Report CL 17-2023 regarding the Quarterly Committee of the Whole Meeting schedule be received; and

  THAT the 2024 Committee of the Whole meetings be scheduled at 5:00 pm on the following dates:

  April 16, July 9 and October 8, 2024.
