Jesse Auspitz from NPG Planning Solutions presented the Community Improvement Plan (CIP) project and proposed incentives for the CIP project.

Gerry Besaire of Grand Bend stated that he believes that the Royal Canadian Legions in Grand Bend, Forest and Thedford be included in the CIP project areas.

The Clerk stated that correspondence has been received from the St. Clair River Conservation Authority indicating that the areas are within SCRCA regulated areas and the expectation is that the policies in the CIP be in accordance with SCRCA requirements.

Rob Adams of Town Hall Consulting presented the Strategic Priorities document that was developed through a facilitated session with Mr. Adams, Council and senior staff.

    THAT staff be directed to apply for funding for the courts through the Tourism Growth Program in Southern Ontario.
