Mayor Cook reported that the municipality's offer for the purchase of the Bank of Montreal property in Grand Bend was successful.

    THAT the Council Meeting adjourn at 7:03 pm for a Public Meeting held under the Planning Act.

    Stephanie Troyer-Boyd, Director of Corporate Services introduced the application.  She stated that the applicant is requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 by changing the designation on a portion of a farm parcel in connection with consent application (B-03/2024) to sever a residential lot containing a surplus farm dwelling. To satisfy conditions of consent, the proposed site-specific rezoning would prohibit a dwelling on the retained portion of the farm parcel.

    The applicant was not in attendance for the meeting.

    The Clerk stated that no correspondence had been received for this application.

    No members of the public in attendance wished to speak to the application.
