    THAT the Site Plan Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores and Devcor Capital Inc. be approved; and

    THAT By-Law 23 of 2022 be approved to execute a Site Plan Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores and Devcor Capital Inc. for lands known as 20 Main Street, Grand Bend.

    THAT By-Law 22 of 2022 be approved to execute an Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores and Drewlo Holdings Inc.

    THAT the tender received from Zamboni Company Ltd. in the amount of $109,8250.00 excluding HST ($111,757.92 net HST), for the supply and delivery of an Ice Resurfacing Unit be accepted; and

    THAT staff be authorized to sign the associated contract agreement.

    THAT Report DPW 07-2022 regarding LAWSS Joint Funding Application Request be received; and

    THAT a LAWSS Joint Funding Application that targets the 20-year planning horizon for all projects that does not impede the Municipality’s ability to apply and secure grant funding for similar projects be supported; and

    THAT the Lambton Shores portion (approximately 2%) of 1/3 of $135 million over the next twenty years for LAWSS Capital projects be committed.
