    THAT the January 15, 2024 Council Meeting Agenda be approved as presented.

Staff led Council through the highlights of the 2024 Operating and Capital Budgets.

Director of Community Services provided Council with a presentation on 2024 dredging operations.

Mayor Cook called a recess at 10:50 am and reconvened the meeting at 11:23 am.

    THAT dockage rates at Port Franks Marina increase approximately 1.6 times over 2023 rates in order to recover all dredging costs in 2024.
